Grilled Buffalo Chicken Salad with Avocado Ranch



A mouthwatering salad featuring grilled buffalo chicken strips on a bed of fresh mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Topped with crumbled blue cheese and drizzled with creamy avocado ranch dressing.

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 6 cups mixed greens e

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

For 20 minutes, put the chicken breasts in a bowl and cover them with buffalo sauce

Brush olive oil on your grill and heat it up to medium-high

The chicken breasts should be grilled for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked

After taking the chicken off the grill, let it rest for a few minutes

Then, cut it into strips

Put the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a large salad bowl

Place the grilled buffalo chicken slices on top of the salad

Add broken up blue cheese to the salad

Mash the ripe avocado and mix it with the ranch dressing in a different small bowl until everything is well mixed

Put the avocado ranch dressing on top of the salad

Add salt and pepper to the salad as needed

Gently toss everything together to make sure the dressing and toppings cover the salad evenly
